Everyone. There is so nice and helpful if you need anything. You just ask anybody, and if they can’t do it, they will find someone who will, they’re very eager to help. And like I said, very nice, and I don’t know of a better place, my wife could be at this point very happy with everything.
The staff is plentiful and very accommodating. They went out of their way to set up lunch for my friend on the outside patio. Unfortunately, message didn’t get through and her lunch was delivered to her room. The staff is very friendly. The building and rooms are crowded and not very clean.
The staff are great. We were there to meet with a nurse from Serenity and the staff was kind enough to offer the use of their conference room.

DANGEROUS!! NOT SAFE! NOT SAFE! DO NOT TAKE FAMILY HERE!!! My grandmother, who is recovering from brain surgery and has clear cognitive and memory problems, was placed here a few days ago. Today, they allowed her to walk out of the facility unaccompanied and pace and wander in the streets until the police showed up and took her to Kaiser. They are not equipped for such care and should not have taken her as a patient from Providence, where she was transferred from. They put my grandmother in physical danger because of their lack of adequate care for her needs. I will be contacting the state and reporting this facility and Providence to the ombudsman, APS, and the state licensing board.
Absolutely the worst rehab center! We have a family member there preparing to be discharged today and they have lost all his clothes – literally – and have him in someone else’s clothes. They are doing nothing to remedy the situation except “offering to order stuff off of amazon” after we supply a wish list. Are you kidding??? He is being discharged today with nothing. They have also lost his walker – which he is supposed to be using daily to do therapy. So has his therapy been happening? No one can tell us. Worst communication, even worse patient care. Filthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. No answers, no calls, and no one responds. If I could give it negative stars, I would!

I have lived and worked in the United States for many years, and this was the first time I experienced being treated this way in a workplace. In my experience, the HR staff did not treat me with professionalism or respect. Instead of respectfully asking me to come to the office to discuss concerns, I was unexpectedly approached while I was working. The way the situation was handled made me feel intimidated and disrespected. I believe every employee deserves to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect. I hope the facility improves the way it communicates with and supports its employees.
